4. Accounts
Age requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use SuperScout. If you are aged 13–17, you must have the permission of a parent or guardian before creating an account. We may ask for verification of parental consent.
Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@superscout.pro if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Your Statutory Rights — Digital Content
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content supplied to you must be:
- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for a particular purpose (where you have made that purpose known to us)
- As described
These are your statutory rights and nothing in these terms excludes or limits them. If SuperScout does not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or price reduction as provided by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
For more information about your statutory rights, visit citizensadvice.org.uk.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
SuperScout offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid features are offered exclusively through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel via the relevant platform (Apple or Google) before the renewal date
- We do not process payments or store payment card details directly — all payment processing is handled by Apple or Google
- Prices are displayed in the app before purchase and include VAT where applicable
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies
Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase for digital content. However, by beginning to download or stream digital content during this period (which happens automatically when you subscribe), you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel, provided you have given express consent for immediate performance. Apple and Google will confirm this at the point of purchase.
7. AI Disclaimer and Transparency
SuperScout uses artificial intelligence, including large language models (LLMs) provided by Anthropic, to generate recommendations, analysis, and commentary.
Important: AI-generated content may contain errors, may not reflect the most current information, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for your decisions. SuperScout does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any AI-generated content.
You are solely responsible for all fantasy football decisions you make. SuperScout is an advisory tool, not a decision-making service.
For more information about how AI processes your data, see Section 4 of our Privacy Policy (Automated Decision-Making and Profiling).

- Scheduled maintenance (we will try to give reasonable notice)
- Unplanned outages or technical issues
- Factors outside our control (e.g. FPL API changes, third-party service disruptions)
Features may change over time as we improve the product. We will give reasonable notice before removing any significant feature that you are actively using.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use SuperScout for any unlawful purpose

- Use SuperScout to develop a competing product
- Impersonate any person or entity
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in SuperScout (including but not limited to the app, its design, code, content, branding, and AI-generated outputs) belong to Paul Insley trading as SuperScout.
User Content
Where you share content publicly through SuperScout (such as Squad Cards), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce that content for the purpose of promoting SuperScout. This licence:
- Lasts for as long as the content remains publicly shared, plus 12 months after you remove it
- Is limited to marketing and promotional purposes for SuperScout only
- Does not transfer ownership — the content remains yours
You may request removal of your shared content from our marketing materials at any time by contacting hello@superscout.pro.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence

- Fantasy football outcomes or FPL league results
- Losses arising from AI recommendations or analysis
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses
- Loss of data beyond what is within our reasonable control
12. Termination
By You
You may stop using SuperScout at any time. To delete your account and associated data, use the account deletion option in the app settings or contact hello@superscout.pro.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms. Where reasonably practicable, we will:
- Give you 14 days’ written notice before termination
- Explain the reason for termination
- Give you the opportunity to remedy the breach (where the breach is capable of remedy)
We may act immediately without notice where necessary to prevent serious misuse, protect other users, or comply with a legal obligation.
After Termination
Following termination or account deletion, you will have 30 days to request an export of your data. After this period, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
13. Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@superscout.pro. We will try to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.
If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may wish to consider alternative dispute resolution (ADR). We are not obliged to use ADR but will consider it on a case-by-case basis.
You can also contact Citizens Advice for further guidance on your consumer rights.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes:
- We will give you at least 30 days’ notice via the app or email
- We will clearly explain what has changed
- If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account before they take effect
Continued use of SuperScout after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and other applicable UK consumer protection legislation are not affected by anything in these terms.
